5. 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 LS6

The Chevelle platform has a huge following in the classic car world. People scoop up these performance Chevy’s because they are great show cars and even better drag racing machines. The best and rarest of all of the Chevelles would be the 1970 454 SS LS6. These monsters were a variation of the RPO215 package found in the 1970 models. This option gave the Chevelle a LS-6 engine that produces 560 horses. Chevrolet didn’t think that customers would ever jump on such a high power engine in a factory car that was intended to be a daily driver. They were terribly wrong and only 20 rolled off the assembly line.
