5.  Nissan GT-R Nismo – 7:08.68

The Nissan GT-R is no stranger to the Nürburgring.  It once held the the fastest lap time of any production car on the German race track until it was beaten by Porsche.  Well Nissan couldn’t leave the challenge unanswered and went back to the drawing board.  They came back to the “Ring” with the Nismo GT-R and 600 horses.  The GT-R quickly stood up to the task before it and knocked the 911 GT2 RS into the dirt with a lap time of 7 minutes and 8.68 seconds.  2015 was a good year for Nissan, Nismo, and the GT-R.
